Rachel is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach with a BS in Community Health Education.
She has mastered creating effective habits of consistency through many different stages of life: college-life, work-life, pregnancy, motherhood, and now as a working mom. She believes that long term health and nutrition habits can be made realistic AND effective, no matter what stage of life you're in.
Lopini is from American Fork, Utah. He attended American Fork High School, where he played football. He attended Brigham Young University on an athletic scholarship. At BYU, while earning his Bachelor’s degree in communication studies, he played running back on the football team. He had a successful career as he served as a team captain. His career as a collegiate athlete has given him a wealth of knowledge on achieving physical and mental high performance.
Larissa is a 6x American Ninja Warrior competitor, National NPC competitor, Ninja coach, and mother. She loves pushing her strengths and goals to the limit while bettering her weaknesses in the process. Bodybuilding, nutrition and strength training have become a lifestyle passion and there is no slowing her down! Larissa is a creature of habit and loves helping people trying to change their lives for the better. Her hobbies include hunting, fishing, camping and family time with her husband and 2 girls.
