Jon-Jon was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. After graduating from the University of Utah, Jon-Jon became a group fitness instructor and transformation coach that utilizes boxing, bodybuilding, and functional training concepts to help clients reach their fitness goals.
 
He is one of the Co-Founders of Drip Sweat Boxing and teaches on-demand boxing and functional fitness classes for both Liteboxer and Freeplay.

Mike Symkoviak is a certified trainer and national NPC competitor. As a competitive bodybuilder and Classic physique athlete, Mike has won multiple first place awards, including 5 overall titles in both divisions in multiple states. Mike has been involved in the entertainment and fitness industry in many ways as an athlete, Including being recruited by the WWE, Starring in the House of Huge reality tv show, and starring in an award winning documentary about his life as a bodybuilder. 

Larissa is a 5x American Ninja Warrior competitor, National NPC competitor, Ninja coach, and mother. She loves pushing her strengths and goals to the limit while bettering her weaknesses in the process. Bodybuilding, nutrition and strength training have become a lifestyle passion and there is no slowing her down!Larissa is a creature of habit and loves helping people trying to change their lives for the better.  Her hobbies include hunting, fishing, camping and family time with her husband and 2 girls.
