10. Eligibility for Future Competitions:
Any Competitor who places in the top three (3) positions in this Competition (i.e., first place, second place, or third place) in any category shall be ineligible to place in the top three (3) positions of future competitions organized, hosted, or sponsored by the Sponsor (each, a "Future Competition") for one year following the date of determination of the Competitor’s winning status. For the avoidance of doubt, a Competitor who has placed in the top three (3) positions in this Competition remains eligible to enter and participate in any Future Competition, but such Competitor shall not be eligible to receive a top-three placement, prize, or award in any Future Competition regardless of such Competitor's score or performance. This restriction shall apply on a cumulative basis, meaning that a Competitor who places in the top three (3) in any Future Competition shall likewise become ineligible to place in the top three (3) in any subsequent competition held by the Sponsor thereafter. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to waive this restriction for any particular Competitor or Future Competition by providing written notice to the affected Competitor prior to the commencement of the relevant Future Competition.

Competitors further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
12. Privacy Policy:
Information submitted with an entry will not be used for any other purpose and will not be sold, transferred, or otherwise provided to any third-party.
[a]You can adjust the percentages however you want, but I do recommend having a rubric that the judges are obligated to follow and base their decisions on. This will make it less arbitrary/harder to argue that it could be based on chance.
[b]I changed the percentage because photos are what we mostly use to dictate winners
[c]To go along with these percentages, we should create a point system that defines what amount of weight loss/muscle gain etc. earns what percentage.
For example: If you lose 3 inches, you receive a score of 40% for category 2. If you lose between 5-10 pounds, you receive a score of 20% for category 2. The progress photos can be subjective.
The goal here is to ensure people with similar numbers will have similar scores, to avoid any claim that the rules were not followed, or they were arbitrarily enforced.
We are not familiar with what type of numbers you see from these contests. If we get some guidance, we can create a rubric for you.
[d]This is great idea and something we should implement for future bootcamp. I think for this one, we should be ok but for the next/upcoming ones we should come up with a rubric. It'll help us keep judging the same.
[e]I love the idea you have, how can we get in contact about having you guys create a rubric for us?
[f]The numbers we use are weight loss or muscle gained. So scale measurements. It's hard to track muscle gain, as most ways to measure that cost money or isn't super accurate if done at a free rate. So that is why photos are a great way to measure progress because they are fairly real. Again, I would love to do this but best to use for the future bootcamps since this one is coming up.
[g]How many people do these groups have? I recommend limiting the pool of judges if possible, as the judging criteria will be hard to enforce with too many people.
[h]There's just three judges!
